About Ten Properties

Ten Properties was started when Frank and Ann Taylor took a vacation to South Florida in the early 1990s. Originally planning to go to Sanibel, they arrived in Fort Myers and another passenger on their flight suggested they check out Marco Island. They did and found their favorite vacation spot.

They went twice a year, taking friends and family. The tradition continued with their son, Hayward, and his wife Melissa. They went every year, taking their three children. Now all in their 20s, they have gone to Eagles Nest on Marco Island every year of their lives! Meredith Taylor describes Eagles Nest, Marco Island as her "happy place!"

Frank enjoyed going to Eagles Nest so much he started buying more weeks to rent, and Ten Properties was formed. Ten stands for Taylors Eagles Nest. Frank Taylor passed away in 2012 and since that time Hayward and Melissa Taylor have continued the tradition and taken over running Ten Properties.
